We welcome you to our house in the countryside, located on the edge of the center of ROUILLON, 5 km from the city center of Le Mans, its TGV station and its famous old town.
Harmoniously blending agricultural landscapes, wooded areas and residential areas, Rouillon is a quiet village, recognized for its quality of life.
Agro campus of La Germinière, industrial and commercial activities in business parks, shops come to enliven the life of Rouillon.
Baker, supermarket, florist, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors and paramedical professions are all within walking distance from the guest house.
A stone's throw from the city, near the tertiary center of Le Mans-University, the town is very well served by public transport. The ROUILLON terminus stop of line 28 is 250 m from the house. 2.5 km away, correspondence with the tram line T1 to reach the city centre, the TGV station, the old town, the 24-hour racing circuit.
Vious are 5 minutes from the western motorways (exit A11 / Le Mans Center).
Le Mans TGV station serves Paris in 55 min, direct links with Lyon, Lille, Rennes, Nantes, Angers, Tours, Brussels.
For cyclists, there are developed trails leading to the nature boulevard in the village (around Le Mans).

The guest house is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, in a wooded environment of 1.5 ha.
The two bedrooms completely renovated in 2023 are located on the ground floor, accessible without steps, and completely independent from the rest of the house. Access is facilitated by a one-minute stop for baggage drop-off.
Each room has its private entrance and wooden terrace, its own bathroom and WC. A work corner with a desk is present in each of the bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels, soap, hair dryer, courtesy tray, make guests' stay easier. For families, a cot can be installed in the bedroom. A baby bath and a booster seat are available. The two bedrooms can easily be transformed into a common space for a family or a group of friends.
A lounge is available for guests to have breakfast, relax (board games, tourist documentation, books).
We do not accept animals, and the room is non-smoking.
For your car, you have a private parking space on the property.
For your motorcycle or bicycle, we provide a closed garage.

Breakfast is served between 7.30 am and 9.30 am in the guest lounge or on the terrace in fine weather. The pastries are homemade, as well as the jams, with fruits from the orchard.
Breakfast can be transformed into brunch for certain periods (see special offer section).
Packed lunches, in case of late arrival or for hiking picnics or business trips can be provided on request.
In the living room, the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and crockery allows you to have lunch on the go.
Meals (vegetarian menus or fresh menus) are possible at the table d'hôtes upon prior reservation (48 hours in advance).

Our guest house is open all year round.
